GOHBA Mentorship Program
The GOHBA Mentorship Program connects experienced housing industry professionals with emerging leaders through structured one-to-one mentorship. Created by the GOHBA Mentorship & Education Committee, the program is designed to support professional growth, strengthen industry connections, and build a stronger GOHBA community.
*Applications are reviewed by the GOHBA Mentorship & Education Committee. Selected participants will be notified once mentor–mentee matches are confirmed.
About the Program
This mentorship program offers meaningful, guided relationships between mentors and mentees across the housing industry. Through a mix of virtual or in-person meetings, email communication, and occasional networking opportunities, participants will gain valuable insight, career support, and stronger industry connections.

Mentors: Housing industry professionals with 5+ years of experience.
Mentees: Emerging professionals or students looking for career clarity, industry exposure, and development support.
