DIRECTORY LISTING

GOHBA members receive one or more listings in our membership directory. With the GOHBA's motto "Be a member ...... do business with a member", the directory encourages members to work with other members. Plus, every GOHBA member is included in the on-line classified directory of members on the GOHBA Web site, making it easy for builders and consumers to find the products or services they need 24 hours a day.

GOHBA MONTHLY HOUSING REPORT

Subscribers to the GOHBA's Monthly Housing Report receive the most detailed information available about new home sales. Arriving by the first or second of every month, the report is your best source of who's building what, where, and for how much. Subscriptions are available on an annual basis, or members may purchase only the semi-annual June issue or the annual December year-end wrap-up issue.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Membership in the GOHBA means access to technical research and solutions to technical problems. From the national Technical Research Committee to our on-line computer link with CMHC's huge housing library, GOHBA members have exchanged information, discussed common concerns, contributed knowledge and expertise, and found new ways of more effectively dealing with technical issues. The GOHBA has taken an active role to address problems like ice damming, indoor air quality and moisture problems, building code amendments and a wide range of common construction problems.

With access to the latest information to help them meet challenging technical requirements, GOHBA members are able to improve efficiency on the job site and the quality of the finished home. In fact, many GOHBA members have directly contributed to the regulatory or policy direction on many technical issues across Ontario.
